- BedLinker.com is the Global B2B Travel Marketplace. We connect travel buyers with an extensive collection of travel suppliers around the world. Our travel products include, but not limited to, accommodation, excursions, restaurants, transportations and amusement parks.

- Whether you are a supplier or a buyer, BedLinker.com is the place for you to trade, expand your network, and grow your business on a global scale.

- We do not collect any subscription fee. And there is no hidden fee. You only pay for the price listed on our platform.

- As a supplier, you can take advantage from our technology to manage your inventory in real time, expand your B2B distribution network and grow your business at minimal cost.

- As a buyer, you are connected to a global collection of services with real-time availability, make bookings with instant confirmation and pay through secured payment gateway.

Registration

How do I become a Supplier?

- If you are a hotel supplier, click on “Hotel Login and Register”, and choose “Register”. You will be directed to our registration portal, where you only need to fill up all required information. Once you complete, our dedicated associate will verify your registration and authorize your access to BedLinker.com. An email with login details will be sent to you for future logins.

- If you are a tour supplier, click on “Tour Supplier Login and Register”, and choose “Register”. You will be directed to our registration portal, where you only need to fill up all required information. Once you complete, our dedicated associate will verify your registration and authorize your access to BedLinker.com. An email with login details will be sent to you for future logins.

- If you are a travel agency, click on “Register” in the login box. You will be directed to our registration portal, where you only need to fill up all required information. Once you complete, our dedicated associate will verify your registration and authorize your access to BedLinker.com. An email with login details will be sent to you for future logins.

- Click on “Forgot your password?” and submit your request. We will verify and send the password to your email.

Agent types

A cash agent is an authorized buyer on BedLinker.com with the following characteristics:

- No credit limit is assigned.

- Can block a service until cancellation deadline; however, the booking cannot be vouchered unless a payment is made.

- Payment can be made by credit card via a secure payment gateway.

- If a booking is not vouchered before cancellation deadline, the booking will be cancelled.

A credit agent is an authorized buyer on BedLinker.com with the following characteristics:

- A credit limit is assigned.

- Can block a service until cancellation deadline.

- Can voucher the booking through credit.

- Credit should be topped up on monthly basis or more often. A credit agent cannot pay with credit if credit limit is used up.

Listing

- We have a dedicated team to help you with that. Once your registration is completed and you are authorized as a Supplier, our team will get in touch to assist you with uploading your services onto BedLinker.com.

Reservation

- Select the type of service you want to book -> Select search criteria -> You will be directed to a search result page where you can compare between various services before choosing the best service to book.

- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from BedLinker.com instantly.

- Although we try our best to ensure your booking is confirmed all the time, there are times when a booking may be rejected. This could be due to a number of reasons: the service has just been sold out to another buyer; your credit is used up; or technical issue. If you experience this, please search for another option, or contact us for assistance.

- This depends on payment policy by the service supplier. We suggest you read carefully payment terms and conditions prior to confirming a booking.

- A vouchered booking is a booking which has been confirmed and paid. A voucher is a proof that the supplier has received your booking and payment, and should be presented to the supplier at time of service consumption (such as hotel check in, tour pick up, etc.)

- Please contact our Support Team immediately if you don’t receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes after you book the service. Our Support Team can be reached via support@bedlinker.com or +84 931 105 088.

Payment

- You can pay for your bookings by credit card, bank transfer or credit limit (only applicable for Credit Agent).

How safe is it to pay by credit card?

- BedLinker.com is integrated with AsiaPay, a leading global payment gateway. Your credit card payment is 100% secured with us.

- At the moment, tax invoice is only available for bookings of services supplied by suppliers in Vietnam.

Cancellation / Refund

How do I cancel a booking?

- Cancellation will be subject to cancellation policy by the supplier. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before you confirm a booking.

- If the booking has not reached cancellation deadline, you can cancel the booking from your admin panel.

- If the booking has passed cancellation deadline or is non-refundable, you cannot cancel the booking.

How do I amend a booking?

- To amend a booking, first you need make sure the booking has not passed cancellation deadline. Then you need to cancel the existing booking and make a new booking.

- If the booking has not reached cancellation deadline, you can cancel the booking from your admin panel.

Can I require a refund?

- Although we don’t want you to cancel your bookings and ask for refund, you can submit a refund request to us via support@bedlinker.com. Our team will get in touch with you for verification process before a final decision is made. This process may take up to 30 to 45 working days.
