Founded in 2017, BedLinker.com is the first and only business-to-business e-commerce platform for the hotel and travel industry in Vietnam. The company is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.


We are dedicated to creating a free marketplace, where travel companies will be connected with a large collection of hotels, resorts and much more. Travel companies can now easily check and book directly and instantly with their hotels of choice through the BedLinker.com platform. We provide support and assistance through a dedicated Customer Success Team.

Go to website http://bedlinker.com/ , click Register-> fill up details in the form then submit. We will check and authorize for your account to access BedLinker.com once form received.

You will need to check if you are access correct website http://bedlinker.com/. Google Chrome is recommended browser and please clear cookies/history log then try again. If it’s still not working then please click on Forgot your password to reset it or contact us for further assistance via email or hot line +84 931105088.

In case you still have your user name as email then you can click Forgot your password to self reset password. In case you do not have both info then please contact us for further assistance via email or hot line +84 931105088.

You should contact hotel directly and request them to provide access on BedAllocator

You will need to log on with Agent account -> click Hotels tab -> search hotel/location you want to book -> pick hotel, pick room -> add to cart -> continue to confirm/hold booking or settle payment.

Log in BedLinker.comwith your Agent account -> click on My account or Dashboard at top right of the page -> you will able to view booking status as period that you want.

You will able to pay for booking by 02 payment methods: Credit Limit and Bank Transfer.

Please check cancellation policy and free to cancel if outside penalty window then you will automatic get refund. If booking falls into penalty window then you will need to contact hotel directly to request a refund.

There’re 02 ways to mark-up price, you can do this when searching booking or sending voucher via email to customer.

You need to log on BedLinker.com by your Agent account then go to Dashboard or My account to view booking list and then click Cancel on the booking that you want. Please be noted that cancellation fee may applied.

You need to log on BedLinker.com by your Agent account then go to Dashboard -> report -> Export the revenue report.

You will need to contact hotel directly to resolve this issue.

You can make multiple booking when searching by increase number of room/unit and then you will able to add multiple room into your cart at your chosen hotel.

You can make your special request on Room Details page of the booking form.

When searching for the room rate, booking conditions will be right next to the room type name. The cancellation policy/booking conditions notice can be found in the middle of every page of the booking form. It will also be stated in the confirmation email we send you. If you cancel your booking via self-service, the cancellation policy will be shown again upon cancellation. Note: Details and conditions in the cancellation policy will be different for each booking depending on the property, period of stay, room type, etc. Please read this carefully before submitting your booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will immediately be submitted to our bank. From the submission/refund date, banks generally take up to 10 business days to process the refund payment and transfer the funds into a customer's account. It is important to not that some banks can take between 15-30 days or until the next billing cycle. The refund should be converted to your local currency by your credit card company. How your reservation is processed will determine what shows on your card statement.

You need to log in BedLinker.com by your Agent account -> check your booking status -> click Amend/Modify booking -> process to modify booking as your wish and settle payment again.

Registration

In order to register, visit our home page and click on ‘Register Now’ on the top end right side of the page. Complete the registration form and submit the details. Our verification team will call you to vertify the details provided. After the authentication process, we’ll get back to you with your login credentials which give you access to our online reservation system.

What should I do to retrieve my forgotten password?

To retrieve your password, click on ‘Forgot password?’ beneath the login field seen on our home page. Simply enter email id which you used to create your Raynab2b account, and we’ll have your password delivered to the given email address.

Agent types

Agents who register with Raynab2b are either cash agents or credit agents. By default, you’ll be assigned the status of a cash agent upon registering with our website. While cash agents can make payment with liquid cash, credit card or debit only, credit agents are able to book tours services and hotels using the credit limit.

We also offer following payment choices for our clients.

  • Floating Cash Deposit: This requires clients to maintain a certain amount of money as floating deposit, as agreed by both parties. As soon as the client makes a reservation, this is deducted from the deposit amount. But reservations will not be allowed or even cancelled, if the deposit fund is low or insufficient.
  • Credit Line: Clients can secure a confirmed booking of tours and services with an established credit line. In order to be assigned with a credit line, it’s vital for the clients to abide by the provisions and standards set by Raynab2b, besides maintaining a floating deposit or a bank guarantee from a reputable financial institution.

How can I book Raynab2b’s services?

With a few easy steps, you can search, book and confirm your bookings with Raynab2b. To access our tour services and packages, all you need to do is to log into our website using your unique ID and password

This depends on your preferred tours or services’ terms and conditions. Please check with our team in case you have any doubt or need help in this regard.

While majority of hotels don’t need a deposit or payment in advance, we advise you to carefully read and understand the terms and policies given on the hotel’s website as well as your confirmation email

Yes you can, but this is subject to availability and charges also apply.

When a booking is made, you’ll directly land on the confirmation screen displaying all your reservation details, such as your unique booking reference code which can be used to check the status of your booking online. We’ll transmit you all these details via email as well.

Once the booking is confirmed and payment settled, you must print the voucher. As a proof that the services have been pre-booked and payment made in advance, this voucher should be showed to the service provider at the time of tours or presented at check-in (in the case of hotel accommodation). Without a voucher, your clients will be charged again or sometimes even denied the services.

Raynab2b’s online booking system is incredibly secure and comprehensive. But you can also directly get in touch with our team via telephone or email, if you’ve any query or need live support to make a tour or hotel reservation.

Pricing / Payment

All tour prices are quoted in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) – the currency of UAE.

In order to maintain accuracy of data and avoid unauthorized access of our client’s personal information, we make sure that all transactions are carried out through our secured server. Moreover, we utilize technical safeguard system such as encryption, socket layers, and firewalls to secure your sensitive information like credit card details

Cancellation / Refund

It is easy to cancel or amend your booking. But please be informed that this will be based on our cancellation policy or the nature of the amendment you may require. faqemailid_b2b

What should I do if I need to make a cancellation or amendment of booking?

You’ll have to send an amendment / cancellation request to us and don’t forget to include your unique booking reference code and other specific details. Our team will review your request and let you know if it’s possible or not. We advise you to make your selection and booking carefully, as some services - especially those booked through a third party provider like hotels - do not accept changes once the reservation is confirmed and even charge penalties for cancellations.

Please refer to our terms and conditions to get an idea about our general cancellation and refund policies. If there is any rule that overrules these conditions, we’ll be clearly mentioning it in the cancellation policy while booking a tour.

Refund will be made within the 7 working days from the cancellation date and refundable amount will depend on cancellation policy of the service booked.
